By downloading, installing, or using the Community Cafe mobile application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy. If you do not agree, please do not download or use the App and delete any copies from your device.
Community Cafe grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a single mobile device owned or controlled by you, strictly for your personal, non-commercial use within your verified organization or community.
You agree not to:
Copy or Modify: Reproduce, translate, or create derivative works of the App.
Reverse Engineer: Attempt to derive the source code or “decompile” any part of the App’s software.
Redistribute: Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App to any third party.
Abuse: Use the App in any way that violates local, state, or international laws or the safety of other community members.
The App is designed for “Closed-Loop” ecosystems. Access is contingent upon your continued status as a verified member of a partner organization (e.g., student at a university or employee at a corporation). If your affiliation with the organization ends, your right to use the App and its features may be suspended or revoked.
To provide the best experience, the App may automatically download and install updates, bug fixes, and new features. You consent to these updates as part of your use of the App. Failure to install updates may result in limited functionality or security vulnerabilities.
Downloading and using the App requires an internet connection. Community Cafe is not responsible for any data charges, roaming fees, or carrier costs incurred during the download or use of the service.
All rights, titles, and interests in the App—including logos, UI design, AI recommendation algorithms, and proprietary features—are the sole property of Community Cafe. Your download does not grant you ownership of any content within the App.
This license is effective until terminated by you or Community Cafe. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your device.
The App is provided “As Is” and “As Available.” While we strive for 100% uptime, Community Cafe does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
